Finally concluded the enlarging works at Paderno Dugnano (MI) site, and completed the investments for new production technologies, 2G&P is now ready to take up new market challenges, thanks to a production capacity that projects service towards new scenarios, even in flexible wide web packaging.

At 2G&P investments are ongoing and, waiting for the end of renovation work for expansion of the company headquarters, which will double its surface by summer 2018, in early March the new NYLOFLEX® NEXT FV exposure unit was installed. By mid-May, the installation of the second solvent-based line in the maximum format will complete, but only for the moment, the technological investments planned for 2018. 

Announced at the end of last year (converter-flessibili-carta-cartone, November-December 2017), now start to realize the investments that 2G&P has planned for 2018: the new CDI Crystal 5080 with pixel+ by Esko brings to 3 imaging technologies of photopolymers working at the company, which together with other present and future technologies, place the milanese service in a very high-end market.

Exactly one year ago 2G&P announced that it is employing heptachromy to flexo printing. In the meantime, the interest of the market towards this solution has grown so much that several companies have decided to seek the support of this flexo service that, after closing another year of significant growth with an increase of 25% over the previous year, in the first quarter 2016 is once again confirming the positive trend of recent years.

When the relationship between customer and supplier crosses that thin line and it turns into a partnership aimed at pursuing quality, without compromise, what it seemed impossible suddenly becomes reality. This is what has happened to 2G&P, provider of photopolymer clichés and acm, flexible packaging converter.

Continuing investments for 2G&P, a booming company in the production of flexographic printing plates, that, after transfer to the new premises in Paderno Dugnano (MI), added a second line fast Dupont, and a few months before forecast, is already operative also the new solvent line, supplied always by the American multinational.

The printing and converting company ACM based in Cremona was awarded at the “Narrow Web Print Award”, a competition dedicated to narrow web printing with Flint Group inks, for the high quality of DuPontTM Cyrel® FAST plates developed by the flexo service 2G&P based in Milan.
